I work with adults throughout North Carolina who are experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and chronic stress, especially when these struggles are tied to long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change. Many of these patterns are rooted in childhood trauma, generational trauma, or early environments where emotional or physical needs were unmet and a sense of safety was inconsistent or absent.
My clients across North Carolina are often high-functioning on the outside but feel burned out, disconnected, or emotionally depleted on the inside. You may struggle with negative self-talk, guilt, shame, or self-blame, or feel stuck navigating life transitions such as relationship changes, aging, or hormonal shifts.
I also support individuals throughout North Carolina who are beginning to recognize patterns of codependency, people-pleasing, and over-functioning, particularly in relationships with partners, family members, or adult children. These patterns are often connected to attachment wounds, fear of abandonment, and learned roles developed earlier in life.
Using a trauma-informed therapy approach, I provide virtual therapy services throughout North Carolina, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns without judgment. Our work focuses on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and healthier relationship patterns.
This is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you heal from trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and create lasting emotional change in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
